We stayed in Tournai for 3.5 weeks because we had traveled from New Zealand for my wife to undergo an operation. On arrival we realized we needed a few extra things. Jean was so kind. Without hesitation he went out if his way and bought us everything we needed. Nothing was a problem for him. His Dad kindly took us to the hospital appointments a couple of times also Jean spoke very good English which made communication a lot easier. My wife and I have no hesitarion in recommending his apartment. It was situated in a very handy postition by the square with loads of restaurants and things going on. Thankyou so much Jean.

The place is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for a family of four. The location was quiet and private.

Very nice property, about 5-10 minute drive out from Mons. Incredible value for money. Lots of attention to detail with facilities and the host. E.g. the host changed the TV to English for us before we arrived. There were spare adapters available (which we used during our stay because our checked baggage was lost at the airport). There were even spare toiletries in case you forgot them (we didn’t need to as luckily had it in our toiletries with us.) Fully functioning kitchen, lots of space for us. Shower heat and pressure good. The host was very attentive, communicated clearly in English for us.

The hosts were really friendly and always available if support was needed. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

We went in Winter time, 1 couple and 2 children, and the experience was great from start to finish. The instructions and information provided were clear and complete, allowing us to do everything completely on our own without any difficulties. The apartment exceeded our expectations: spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a cozy atmosphere. The cleaning also deserves praise—impeccable in every detail, creating a very pleasant and comfortable environment for all of us. Definitely a place we recommend and plan to return to!
