Easy to pick up the keys following the instructions. We arrived in charleroi in a cold period, and in apartment was warm , with tea envelopes left by the owner. Good coffe machine, good shower with quality shampoo and shower gel. Per total a 10/10 propriety

Wish it was a longer stay. The place is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for a family of four. We went in Winter time, 1 couple and 2 children, and the experience was great from start to finish. The instructions and information provided were clear and complete, allowing us to do everything completely on our own without any difficulties. The apartment exceeded our expectations: spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a cozy atmosphere. The cleaning also deserves praise—impeccable in every detail, creating a very pleasant and comfortable environment for all of us. Definitely a place we recommend and plan to return to!
