It is like staying in a brand new, well thought out place. It's close enough to town to walk and enjoy its offerings but just enough out to not be busy and leaves you felling relaxed. Designated basement parking can be a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. We had a Ford Expedition and still made it work. The spa area is a nice addition after days out exploring the mountainside. If you are exploring the Banff area stay here, don't even think of trying somewhere in the Banff township as you will spend most your time in traffic.

The hosts are great and willing to make your stay.comfortable, but they never bothered me once and were always and quick message away when needed. 10 out of 10

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was also very friendly and responsive. They even offered me an upgrade to a nicer room that was vacant at the time.
