She had a very helpful information sheet of things to do in Calgary including restaurants and activities which was appreciated. Nice secure car-parking. Good location to downtown Calgary.

The location is excellent as we had friends in an adjacent building and the Brigette restaurant is a one minute walk away. The staff at check in were super friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with our visa but the staff were able to help us out with the minimum fuss which was greatly appreciated.

Helena kindly offered me an upgrade, in order to facilitate another guest who had some unforeseen circumstances. The upgrade I was offered was beyond beautiful- super clean, spacious and in a very quiet neighbourhood. It was about a 30 minute walk to the train station or a bus just around the corner. Helena was very responsive and would have loved to stay in her place longer than the 2 days!
