It was perfect. Loved getting the bus passes included so we could just pop in to town with ease. Loved the open fire and coffee in reception. Loved the hot pool and facilities around that. Loved the open fires, kindling and logs in the rooms. Loved the washing facilities as we needed these after being on the road for 2 weeks at that point.

Wasn’t expecting a kitchen. It was a bonus. We used the bus service, much easier than finding a parking spot.

Great apartment with spacious master bedroom and nice bathroom. The apartment was well equipped and we truly enjoyed our stay. Parking was also good. We did a lot of hiking and having Canmore as base was perfect. Banff is ok but Canmore is so much better!

We received an upgrade upon arrival. The room had a balcony with a barbecue and a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. We also loved that there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the room. I would always book this Hotel again.
