It is just lovely located. Fantastic service and infrastructure. We enjoyed most facilities but, really the best is the staff. There was not a single desire that they did not manage to accommodate. Not single request, be it reservations, tours or whatever was not met. A great run operation.

We had an amazing experience with Brewster Mountain Lodge! Our first booking had to be canceled because our flight was canceled just six hours before departure. Brewster Mountain Lodge was incredibly helpful and understanding. They gave us a full refund without any hassle. We were so grateful for their kindness during a stressful time. Thankfully, we got a second chance to visit Banff, and of course, we booked again at Brewster Mountain Lodge. Our stay was fantastic! The room was cozy and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. It truly felt like a comforting meal made by mom. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the lady at the breakfast nook was especially kind and welcoming. Overall, we absolutely loved our experience at Brewster Mountain Lodge. We feel so lucky to have stayed there and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The parking is conveniently located right in front of the hostel, making it easy to access. They offer free bus tickets if you want to head down to the village, though we didn’t use them, it’s a nice offer to have. The place is very peaceful if you're looking to feel surrounded by nature, yet still cozy, as there are other guests around. We used the kitchen to cook, which was very practical, and my boyfriend had breakfast at the restaurant. Everything was great—both the bathrooms and showers were clean, and our room was perfect for us. We had a private room, and while the bed wasn’t very big, it was comfortable enough for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great room decor, very comfortable beds. Gorgeous place to stay. Loved having access to the twin hot pools at Canoe hotel across the street. Highly recommend visiting them after the sunsets before 10pm.
