The hotel is located close to the center and can be reached after a short walk. The hotel offers breakfast and has an indoor hot tub. Not very new anymore, but definitely good for relaxing. There is also a sauna. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortably furnished

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The parking was convenient and the hotel having a restaurant and bar made it easy to eat when arriving late or leaving early.

Clean tidy helpful friendly staff. Stayed in 8 bed female dorm. Everyone quiet and respectful. Great location to train and bus drop off. Excellent Korean restaurant around the corner. Great value

It takes only 5 minutes to the banff avenue and main bus stop, the location is very convenient. The maintenance of overall environment is nice, the room and shared area are clean. All staffs are friendly and helpful in answering any enquires.

Location, town centre and shops are just across the road, bus station for Roam transit to Lake Louise also just opposite to the hotel, very nice lobby, extremely helpful staff, it's beyond 3 stars hotel.

We had an amazing experience with Brewster Mountain Lodge! Our first booking had to be canceled because our flight was canceled just six hours before departure. Brewster Mountain Lodge was incredibly helpful and understanding. They gave us a full refund without any hassle. We were so grateful for their kindness during a stressful time. Thankfully, we got a second chance to visit Banff, and of course, we booked again at Brewster Mountain Lodge. Our stay was fantastic! The room was cozy and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. It truly felt like a comforting meal made by mom. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the lady at the breakfast nook was especially kind and welcoming. Overall, we absolutely loved our experience at Brewster Mountain Lodge. We feel so lucky to have stayed there and are already looking forward to our next visit!
