Great costumer service from the start, quick to reply and had very clear instructions for everything. As for the place itself, it was wonderful and definitely exceeded our expectations. I went with cousins and uncles and the place was clean, great smell, comfortable areas for large groups and lovely amenities. Everything was greatly thought of; they had board games on the living room, a welcome sign, some personal items to use at the bathroom, enough towels for everyone, etc. Also, it has a great location, very near the Niagara Falls, but in a lovely, quiet neighborhood.

My partner and I walked down to the falls daily during our week long stay and had no problem, it is a quiet and safe neighbourhood that is about 25 minutes walk from the falls. There are plenty of buses, shops and restaurants nearby. When returning to Niagara Falls we will be looking to stay here again because we had a wonderful stay.
