This spacious area is located on the top floor - very cool! This maisonette flat is located on the third floor of the house. On the entrance-level-floor, there are (if I remember correctly) four separate bedrooms - each room is equipped with a quality double-bed (Boxspringbett)... (i find the bedroom nice-&-cozy). Since windows of those rooms face toward the lake area - the view is simply amazing (consider that I am a little bit biased, since I love bodies of water such lakes, seas etc... and here is a lake of Biel right on the doorstep of the house! Very cool!)
