The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I felt completely relaxed throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Park Chalet Village offers luxury wood and stone chalets with spa baths, sensory showers and South Tyrol Finnish saunas. An absolutely perfect hotel – everything exactly as shown in the photos. The service was wonderful: restaurant staff, the two guys at reception, everyone was ready to answer any question. Whatever we wanted, from room service to special requests, was done quickly and deliciously.

Each room has a little kitchen which is great for enjoying breakfast and the occasional dinner. Everything is within easy walking distance (bus stops and excellent bakery, dairy, and butcher shops) and the owners are super friendly. Highly recommended!

We loved the apartment which has all the amenities you need and is very comfortable. Also close to a great supermarket. And free parking on site. We would definitely stay here again.
