The directions provided easily got you to where you needed to go, the box was labled and was not hard to operate at all. We used the lockbox when we left the apartment to ski so we didn't all have to return as a group and no risk in losing the key.

We are travelling with family visiting from Australia. After arriving at this amazing location and house, we just had to finish the experience with a Swiss Cheese Fondue, which complimented the delicious red wine and chocolates that we were gifted on arrival.
