The place was perfect for a family stay. It had comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We could cook a meal there as various kitchen utensils were provided. I liked the cups and plates, red with white dots, very cheerful. The Italian coffee maker was a blessing, too. The bathroom was clean and nicely designed. It was equipped with a washing machine which we didn't use, because we only stayed for two nights. The check-in/out was unproblematic. The owners are very friendly and easy to contact. We also appreciated the free parking space outside.

The bed is very comfortable, and the place is fully equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen and laundry facilities. The host was very attentive and welcoming. Every piece of equipment came with clear instructions. The host’s husband also provided helpful explanations and gave great travel recommendations. There were guidebooks available for both sightseeing and using the room's facilities, which clearly showed their thoughtfulness and care.

The views from all of the various bedrooms were amazing!, looking down into the quaint part of the Old City. And the view from the roof terrace was spectacular(!), allowing you to view the Old City and Lake Lucerne simultaneously. There is also an amazing view from the upstairs (2nd floor) lounge area. No matter where you were in the property, you could easily just people watch and relax. The whole property was laid out so comfortably, with plenty of space. I loved that there were 2 separate bathrooms, with one housing the shower and the other housing the bathtub. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed. The property manager was the best I have ever experienced in responding quickly, kindly and efficiently to any request or update I would contact him about. The whole property was comfortably warm and perfectly clean. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed!

Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. オーナーは働き者でとても親切。メッセージをするとすぐ返信が来ます。もしくは、すぐ部屋に来て直接対応してくれます。私たちのリクエストを全て受け入れてくれました、リクエストしなくても私たちの状況を見て、適切な提案をいくつもしてくれました。 インテリアはとても素敵で、全ての家具や調度品が部屋のカーテンやラグ、絵画とマッチしています。優雅な気持ちになれます。 キッチンの設備は完璧で、私たちは使いませんでしたが、私たちの部屋にはチーズフォンデュ用の鍋や、オーブン料理に対応する耐熱性など、どんな料理でも作ることができます。（※これはもしかしたらファミリールームだったので特に充実していたのかも。事前に問い合わせをしてください） ロケーションもとても良く、近くには有名な瀕死のライオン像や教会、湖、スーパー、駅へのバス停。どこにでもアクセスが簡単です。それでいて、アパートの周辺は静かです。 私たちは日本人で、サービスが整い過ぎた日本のホテルに慣れており、海外ではなかなか納得できるホテルを探すのが難しいですが、ここはそんな日本人でも満足出来ること間違いないです！今までで1番のアパートメントホテルでした。
