Nicely decorated appartment, fully equiped and very clean. Comfortable bed and cosy bathroom. It had all we needed including coffee / boiler. Location is perfect, 5 mins from the lake and tram. Self check-in and out was really easy. Staff were very helpful and welcoming via messages throughout our stay and responded very fast to any questions. It really exceeded our expectations.

The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the tram station and only 3 stops from Zurich HB, which made getting around the city very convenient. Overall, my wife, our two sons, and I absolutely loved this apartment.
