The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly when I arrived and the staff quickly moved me to a new room without me asking them. They also helped me find things to do during my stay in Qingdao and even added me to the Hotel's WeChat so we could more easily communicate and share locations of things they suggested I try.

The room was very spacious and cozy, exceeded our expectation compared to the price! The furniture, decoration, interior, everything was very artistic and of superior quality. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. There was free washing machine facility and the guest needs to do by him/herself.
