The staff is attentive (they even accept packages!) and the space is a huge, bright loft that's perfect for families. With two halal restaurants right downstairs and spotless cleanliness, it's a fantastic find.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, but what stood out most was the warm and friendly staff. They were always quick to help and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We like the location. It’s away from the busy streets and nice and quiet, yet a Didi ride can get you to the nearest mall in under 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Ubicado en Chengdú, Orange Apartments tiene WiFi gratis, a 1.8 km de Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Centre y 12 km de Wuhou Memorial Temple. Great hotel, the rooms are vey spacious and the beds are massive! Staff were very responsive and helpful, they even kept my suitcase in storage while we went away exploring other places until we returned to Chengdu. This was my second stay at this hotel, and won't be the last, highly recommended!

Great location - there's lots of fantastic food vendors around and a DiDi (Chinese Uber) to the downtown area will only cost you ~$1.50. The streets are bustling at day but will be almost empty at night - but it always felt safe regardless of the time of day. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, regularly checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They were always available whenever we needed help and gave us a ton of great recommendations too! In a way, Arthur's Roof-Top felt like a bit of a HUB for tourists and expats coming to Chengdu. The apartment felt very spacious and clean and came equipped with all the amenities you'd expect. The somewhat rustic outside of the building definitely wasn't reflective of the cozy interior. Don't be surprised if the hosts ask you to pay via Alipay or WeChat - this is common practice in the PRC and in accordance with Booking's ToS. You're definitely gonna need those apps once you get to China! Also, you're gonna have to check-in at the local police station upon arrival. The whole process didn't take long and the hosts already had everything set up for us. The cops at the station seemed very friendly and even apologized for not knowing any English. All in all a great experience - I got nothing to complain about.

Ofreciendo vista a la ciudad, Ascott Tianfu CBD Chengdu en Chengdú ofrece hospedaje, un gimnasio, un salón compartido, una terraza y un restaurante. El alojamiento está climatizado y tiene un sauna. La atención del personal fue excepcional. Aún no sabiendo inglés, ni yo chino, se esforzó mucho para entendernos. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, a pasos del metro. Está completamente equipado, y es enorme, además de a un excelente precio. Y por si fuera poco, las vistas son espectaculares.
