She runs an interior design shop next door. This apt is very close to the border crossing to Russia. 2 min walk to the river with a nice promenade. This apt gives you the feel of living with the locals. It is on the ground floor w a private entrance. Bedroom & kitchen windows have view of car park. You do hear noise and the host provides earplugs but we did not use them. Nice to have a washing machine and a kitchen.
