Super friendly staff, nice position, good place

The place was extremely clean honestly much cleaner than many hotels I've stayed in before. The staff were incredible, very professional, friendly, and always helpful. This is without a doubt the best place have ever stayed in Egypt. Munir residence truly feels like my place now. I can't even describe how good the experience was, and sincerely hope they keep everything exactly the same. I travel a lot, and I've finally found the place will always stay whenever I'm in Egypt. A big thank you to the resident staff they were amazing and very supportive throughout my stay.

i like the place set up and cleanliness

It’s such a pleasure to stay in places like this. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: immaculately clean, modern, luxurious, and fully furnished, with a very well equipped kitchen. It is extremely comfortable, with an amazing mattress, clean furnitures. It truly feels like a peaceful haven. The team is pleasant and extremely responsive, with a well monitored WhatsApp group that makes communication easy and efficient. I was initially concerned by the absence of responses before arrival, as my messages were not answered on either Booking.com or WhatsApp. But that part is handled by the sales team. The onsite team offers a completely different experience. They are absolute gems. The area is clean, secure, and very pleasant to live in. I highly recommend this place. It is a rare find, especially in Cairo, where hospitality is often inconsistent or not well understood in the industry. A few small things that could elevate the experience even more: - A hood for cooking smells. In winter, windows need to be opened, which is minor since Cairo is warm most of the time. - Closing the bathroom space, as water splashes everywhere due to its openness. - A towel holder next to the sink. - Satellite TV with local channels. This is quite standard in Cairo, so I was surprised to only have a regular TV for personal Netflix use. I’ve found my go to accommodation in Cairo. Just consider the distance if you plan to spend most of your time in Giza or 6th of October, as they are on the opposite side. If, like me, you prioritize comfort and peace of mind and are not overly sensitive to distance, this is absolutely the place to stay. Trust me, I’ve tried others. The previous one lacked basic necessities like hot water and proper water pressure, with a stressful and dishonest host. Here, everything works.

I am particularly impressed by the response time to any request made by guests. Through out my stay, the managers were anxious to receive requests from us and have always promptly responded to any such request.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The location near the airport was very convenient, and the building felt safe and modern. The check-in instructions were clear, and communication with the host was smooth.

I really enjoyed the accommodation. It's located in a safe area of Cairo, with 24/7 reception, extremely friendly hosts, and exceptional cleanliness. The room was perfectly organized and maintained, with a great overall appearance.
