All the staff where very kind and friendly they helped us for everything The breakfast is very typical and the bed was so confort ! Definitely we will come back !

The location was good and accessible. Ambience was superb and neat. Just very comfortable. They were kind enough to keep our luggage while we travelled to another city.

Big thank you to Ali and all the staff there ❤️ The studio I stayed at was so clean, the bed is comfy and loved the details of the furniture as a whole. I do travel sometimes to sleep! The place is in a quiet area that helped me to have a great sleep at any time during the day. Will come back here again. Highly highly recommend it ❤️❤️❤️

I had an amazing experience during my stay at the hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service provided by the manager, Mr. Mohammed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What truly stood out was his thoughtfulness—he even upgraded our rooms, which was such a generous gesture and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The rest of the staff were just as lovely—friendly, attentive, and always greeting us with a smile. You can tell that customer service is a real priority here, and it made a big difference in our overall experience. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated to guest satisfaction. Mr. Mohammed and the entire staff went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for everything they did. Highly recommend staying here!

My experience at Sleep Inn Apart-Hotel was amazing. The place is comfortable, clean and beautiful - I felt so at home there. Even the sheets are hotel quality! And the neighbourhood is so safe and away from the noise, dust and crowds of the inner city, so it's a great place to go back to after some sightseeing. Tarek, Hossam and the entire team there are so helpful. They let me keep my luggage there and come back after a few days. I would definitely stay there again and ask to stay in the same room, which I missed as soon as I left.
