The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything you need for the stay. The staff were very nice and helpful, alway available if we needed anything. The location of the place is good, there is a shopping mall near, with a nice Lebanese restaurant. The owner recommended us the delivery app, which was very helpful after the tour, when you don't feel like going out to eat.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Atouta! The location is perfect situated right in the heart of everything, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The villa itself is a tranquil oasis, offering a high level of privacy and beautifully designed interiors. The decor is both elegant and welcoming, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. Dina, Yasmine, Mustafa, Abdullah, and Zayef were all incredibly warm-hearted and attentive. They were always there to help, whether it was recommending the best local restaurants or assisting with any requests at any time of day. Their dedication truly elevated the entire experience.

The room was very nice and exceeded our expectations. Our room was unfortunately unavailable but Michael and Islam went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated. Fresh fruits and decorated room with flowers and all. The pictures are a true likeness of the room. We needed cash in the morning and Islam at the front desk walked me out for 20mins to find one and made sure we were crossing the street safely. Ensured we were being charged the correct fares for cabs and getting to the right places. Islam went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Definitely recommend and we’ll definitely stay here when we come back again.
