I had a wonderful stay at this villa in New Cairo. The place is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like home from the first moment. A special thanks to the owner, Dr. Mohamed Munir, who is extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help. His hospitality truly made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to everything you might need. It is especially perfect for anyone who wants to be near Cairo Festival City, which is only about 5 minutes away from the villa. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and had many amenities. Great customer service and friendly. With an Uber you can reach many shops within a few minutes. We stayed only for 1 night but everything was great. The room is charming, very clean and well-furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is ideal (there is a mall with many restaurants and cafes within a 5 min walk). I highly recommend this place.
