The host was very welcoming, and went out of his way to make us feel at home in the new city. He provided excellent advice on local amenities, shops, restaurants and parking. He was very flexible with meeting us for the key handover when our flight was delayed and we experienced other travel delays. For the purpose of my trip, I wanted complete control over my food consumption. So, having a fully appointed kitchen was perfect, and with local supermarkets just over the road we were able to prepare our meals exactly how and when we wanted.

The host was exceptionally nice and always available to assist with any inquiries, making the experience even more enjoyable. To top it off, the location was unbeatable—just a stone's throw from an amazing bakery that became my daily indulgence. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay; this apartment is a true gem! Highly recommend!

For me it was an excellent location as many friends live in the neighborhood (Arriaga). Still, it was not far from the Old City and lots of interesting shops. The busses stop right in front, and not too far is a tram stop. Many of my friends don't bother to own cars in Vitoria as the public transportation is very good.
