Set in Santander, 2.6 km from Playa Los Peligros, Lemon Suites Santander offers recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a shared lounge. We have just returned from a week's stay at Lemon Suites, Santander, where we had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was excellent. It was central, safe, cosy, exceptionally clean and modern. Our hosts, Pablo and Bea, were fantastic. They were professional, very friendly, and helpful and prompt with their communications. I would highly recommend Lemon Suites. We're already planning a return visit in the near future.

A recently renovated property, Apartamentos JOAQUÍN COSTA is situated in Santander near Playa El Sardinero I, El Sardinero Casino and Santander Festival Palace. Review Attractive spacious studio apartment, tastefully decorated. Large bathroom, useful kitchen area and big comfortable bed. Whilst we didn’t need it, ours is suitable for wheelchair use. The bike lane outside went straight to great beaches then on to the town centre and on to the ferry terminal and on. Everything was convenient and it’s in a very safe neighbourhood. Communication with the host was excellent. She answered every question comprehensively. We’d definitely return.

Offering a garden and garden view, La casuca de Candela is set in Santillana del Mar, 30 km from Santander Port and 32 km from El Sardinero Casino. Host was very accommodative and flexible with our requests!! Often times, host can determine the quality of your vacation, and in our case, she and her daughter were wonderful!! Wonderful view, well maintained room and facilities, and walking distance from the old town.

Situated in Camargo and only 12 km from Puerto Chico, Casa Armonía Natura features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The accommodation has a spa bath. The owner (Mintxu) was super helpful. He gave us a lot of hints for shopping, restaurants and things we could do in the area. He even helped us fixing the tire of our car :-). The place is very cosy and not only looks nice, but it is really well built, thought-through and with great attention to detail. The estate is very green with lots of trees and even features a large garden to take walks. The internet connection is very good and enables working remotely from the apartment.

Apartamentos Silken Fontibre Iberia & Spa features air-conditioned rooms in Nestares. The aparthotel also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Very clean, spacious with lots of facilities to use. Good breakfast as well

La Santillana Luxury Apartments is located in Santillana del Mar and features a private pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Apartment was very well equipped and the host left us some essentials, which was a lovely touch. The village is just a 10 minute walk - it's a very scenic location. Our kids loved having the pool.

Offering barbecue facilities and quiet street view, Apartamentos Las Rocas de Brez is set in Brez, 12 km from Santo Toribio de Liebana Monastery and 20 km from Fuente Dé Cable Car. The large stone building is divided into several apartments. The one I rented had absolutely spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Well worth driving the winding mountain roads to get there. The host was not at the property during my stay, but kept in close touch via WhatsApp to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The 1 bedroom apartment was large with a comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, great hot water for showering and cleaning up, several wall heaters to make it comfortable in the cold weather and very good wifi. The town itself is quite rural. I didn't see any grocery store or restaurant in the community. You will need a car to get there. But, if you don't mind driving the mountain roads this place is a gem. Be sure to stock up in a nearby town like Potes before you arrive.
