Kitchen equipments like microwave oven and wide refrigerator are very useful for a few stay. Super good location of the hotel helped us walk around the city flexibly. very kind and good communication everytime. We do fully repeat if there is a chance to visit madrid agian. Greeted warmly by the staff. The room is equipped with basic cooking utensils, small refridgerator and washing machine. Cleanliness was good. The parking was available in front of the property. Parked our car near San Fermin Orcasur Metro station to go to Madrid city center.

Comfortable Accommodations: Bob W Arte in Madrid offers 4-star aparthotel accommodations with free WiFi, air-conditioning, and private bathrooms. The studio was clean, at good location and had all we need . We will return for the second part of our Madrid trip.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a great location, near restaurants and tavernas. We were not facing the square so it was quiet. Very spacious rooms and bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The spa at the ground floor is a bonus.

We traveled with a tenth month baby and the crib was also very nice and clean. The apartment also had everything that we needed to make the baby meals. Resuming, everything was perfect
