Everything is new and well thought out. Its well equipped with nice touches. The hosts were welcoming and assisted me with some logistical issues (incl a bike) which could not be left in the unit for good reason.

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Casas Rurales El Mayorazgo is a country house situated in a historic building in Cordovilla de Aguilar, 38 km from Iglesia de Santa Columba. I love all about this house. That was amazing. Nice and clean apartment, fresh air, friendly staff, inside there were everything that we need. I recommended this house to all my friends who is going to visit north of the Spain. We got wonderful three days there.
