Meeting us at the car park with a keycard for entry and then following us to the apartment. Everything was in order including a nice breakfast basket that he replenished during our stay. The apartment is modern, fans in every room, shutters on all windows. The whole city is walkable from the doorstep and Jose has some great recommendations.
