Amazing stay. Definitely 10/10. You have everything in the room that you might need. The room size is bigger than most of the 4 star hotels. The room was spotless and very clean!

Everything was great! The hotel is near the metro station, allowing easy access to attractions. It was very quiet, with excellent insulation. The room had everything you needed. In the same building as Zoku, there is a shop where you can buy a light snack. The staff was friendly, excellent, optimistic guys. On the 8th floor, there is a co-working space as well as a place to relax. Thank you a lot!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff were very attentive, kind, and always smiling. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood, with restaurants nearby and a Monoprix supermarket right next door. A special thank you to Ms. Halima, who ensured our comfort with professionalism and a constant smile; she was incredibly helpful.

The location was perfect - it was a quiet area, yet very close to the metro and important sites. We loved the little Eiffel keyrings they gave us as a gift. The flat had everything we needed during our stay and was well equipped. They put attention to small details such as printing out a detailed instruction book to use the washing machine and tumble dryer. They also provided extra washing powder and dishwasher tablets that were very helpful. We loved our stay!

I loved everything from the cleanliness and the convenience to the comfortability and kindness from the staff. It was great value for money and I will definitely be coming back.

We had an excellent stay and would like to begin by expressing our sincere gratitude to the entire team, especially Fi, Samy, Ryad, Abde, and Lyes. They were all exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. What impressed us most was how much the staff cared about the hotel. They treated it as if it were their own business, and I believe this is one of the main reasons why everything runs so smoothly. Their dedication was visible in every detail and made a real difference to our experience. The location is outstanding. The hotel is right in the heart of Paris and within a very short walking distance of major metro and RER stations, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel deserves special mention. Our six year old daughter has allergies, so whenever we arrive at a hotel, we usually feel the need to clean the room ourselves before settling in. To our surprise, unlike many hotels we have stayed in before, there was almost no dust in the room. The room and the entire hotel were impeccably maintained, which gave us great peace of mind. The breakfast was excellent, varied, and very filling. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary minibar. Every time we passed through the lobby, the staff would kindly ask whether we needed water, drinks, or anything else, and the minibar was replenished every day as a result. Throughout our stay, the team did everything possible to make us feel at home. They even adapted breakfast options to accommodate our personal preferences whenever possible. We were particularly touched by the kindness they showed to our six year old daughter, who always felt welcome and cared for. Finally, I would like to give special thanks to Fi. When we were leaving, she arranged a taxi for us and stayed with us the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly. She did not leave until we had safely boarded the taxi and were on our way.
