Beautifully appointed and well thought out apartment, very close to the medieval centre of Le Mans. Very comfortable bed, excellent value for money. Would strongly recommend.

A peaceful, private spot with a huge garden and beautiful river views. The property felt fresh and well-equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for two nights to revisit the local zoo, just a 10-minute drive away and it was the perfect base. Relaxing and secure, we really enjoyed our stay.

The house was excellent with all the facilities, very clean and with very good atmosphere. we spend a very good time and with the pet ( cat ) . Particularliy the owner was very good. we had a very good time.

Clean and well equipped. Isabelle gave excellent and very clear instructions to enter and leave the property. I would recommend this accommodation highly and would stay again. It was very good value for money.

Roomy and comfortable ! Full kitchen and washing machine… living room, bedroom, kitchen !

The check in was straightforward and the flat was really clean with a tasteful decoration. The rooms are really spacious! Love the fact that it was at a walking distance to the Train station and to the City centre when you know the shortcuts

It’s well managed clean has everything you need. Excellent choice of games the children were very happy we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the facilities but am planning too in the future
