The owner was super nice and showed us around and we could explore the farm with all the animals and a garden. The hotel itself is cozy and moody, one of its kind. Our room was huge and all the facilities were satisfactory. We got a tasty and diverse breakfast and dinner. The whole place is so beautiful one could spend a whole week exploring the area. Also the water dam is close by.

The place is a little bit outside of the city in a beautiful nature surrounding. The room was clean and comfortable, WiFi worked properly. There's enough space for parking if you come with your own car. They have a big kitchen that you can use. If you want to sit around the fire place at night just inform the host, he's very kind and helpful and will also give you recommendations for further trips and your travels in Georgia. He's the only person who speaks English though, so make sure to ask for him and don't get frustrated with the other employees, they're also very nice, they just don't speak English. Highly recommended!

The home is beautifully located near the river, just a 5-minute walk from town if you take the shortcut. From my room, I could see the cathedral, the mountains, and the sunrise — absolutely breathtaking! The balcony is a real gem, offering stunning views of both the sunrise and the sunset. Truly magical! The room itself was spotless, cozy, warm, and filled with natural light — incredibly comfortable. But without a doubt, the true highlight of my stay was meeting Tea, Lia, and their family. They are wonderful people — warm-hearted, generous, and genuinely welcoming. I felt completely at home. Thank you so much for everything!
