Situated in Chalkida, 8.5 km from Sport Center of Agios Nikolaos and 15 km from T.E.I. Chalkidas, Central offers a terrace and air conditioning. Location was perfect, in the city center and quiet at the same time. The host was very polite and friendly. A clean and tidy apartment. We had an issue with the bed. It wasn’t very stable, there was some problem with the slats. We informed the host the next day and he immediately brought a carpenter who fixed the problem. Something we really appreciated was that he also gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. A true professional. We will definitely choose this place again.

A recently renovated property, The LightShouse is situated in Chalkida near Kourenti Beach, Tennis Court and Agiou Nikolaou Square. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated and close to the beach. It meets all the conditions for a wonderful vacation. The host was very attentive to us. Situated in Chalkida in the Evia region, Central Delight has a balcony and city views. It is set 8.5 km from Sport Center of Agios Nikolaos and features a lift. Spacious, well-equipped apartment right in the center of town. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was exceptionally polite and helpful. Convenient parking nearby for just €5/day. Although there’s a bar in front of the balcony, it was closed during our stay, so the location was pleasantly quiet.
