It was in a great location. Peaceful even in the high season, easy to park and a beautiful wander into the town.

The lighting was also super cosy and the room always had natural light. The host was super nice and helpful and the apartment is a mere ~10 minute walk from the port. Will definitely book again the next time I come back to Kea.

The apartment was very modern and well furnished with all kinds of appliances, truly ticking all the boxes. An excellent location, with a lovely bakery just downstairs and some very friendly neighborhood cats. Also appreciated the view of the bay from the terrace.

The owners also own at least 2-3 other properties in the same village, accommodating different numbers of guests, so check those out as well. We were in the lower of 2 apartments (the Down Steki House) and it was delightful. The all-white decor is a bit startling at first (don't drink red wine in bed!) but it was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, a full kitchen, bath, washing machine, sitting and dining areas, and small balcony. The location in the village is lovely, with a view of the village and valley, as well as a gorgeous church right across the street. A short walk from the town plateia with tavernas and shops. We never met the hosts in person, but they were extremely communicative and helpful, especially when we had disruptions due to a ferry strike. Highly recommended.
