From the moment we arrived, we were taken by the beauty of the property. Everything was impeccably maintained, well-equipped, and set in a perfect location within easy walking distance to town. What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was the incredible hospitality of the owner, Mateas. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable, always attentive and genuinely kind. His personal touches and helpful recommendations made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcome. We’re already looking forward to our next visit—this is a place we will absolutely return to. We were so happy to have picked the appartment with the little pool, after spending the whole day outside discovering Paros this was simply heaven to come back to. The washing machine is also a great plus as we had been travelling for some time.

The location is perfect, very close to the city centre, making it easy to explore. The room was a good size, very clean, and extremely comfortable with everything new. The bedlinen was fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and willing to help with any questions I had. They provided recommendations for places to visit in the city.

I don’t really write reviews but I want to credit them for making our stay in paros wonderful. First, the room was clean and supplied with everything we needed. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve had europe. The sheets were also comfy and the natural lighting in the apartment was great! We had a small problem at our apartment but they immediately responded and resolved it right away. These are qualities hard to find. I would recommend staying here. Thank you!!

The room was clean, tidy, spacious and very comfortable. The spa was also in great condition and very inviting to use. We loved it! The room was cleaned daily- inside and outside. Everything was just perfect and everyone was lovely to communicate with. Niko was extremely supportive and extremely responsive via WhatsApp. Our stay was seamless. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paros.

Best bang for buck in Paros. It’s away from the noise but an 8 min drive to one of the best restaurants on the island, close enough to everything. The villas are new and modern with everything you need. It’s like having the privacy of a villa mixed with the amenities of a hotel with an amazing infinity pool and bar. We loved every second of our stay and would’ve extended. For context, we were a group of 5 friends (1 couple, 3 singles) in a 3 bedroom villa.
