We had an exceptional stay at Salt Suites Paros! Exceptional service - The hotel manager (Michaelis) and his staff immediately make you feel at home the second you arrive at the hotel. They also go the extra mile. Unfortunately, during our stay, my wife fell ill. Michaelis prepared a special soup for her and also made an appointment with a nearby doctor for us (while first asking our preferred time). Michaelis and his staff also gave us a lot of recommendations for places or restaurants to go to on Paros or on the next island that we were going to visit (Crete). Room & amenities - We booked a room with Seaview and balcony. The room was very spacious, the materials were of high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities of the hotel are very good. The gym is small, but has everything you need to get a good workout in. The pool is well designed so that it blends in with the patio of the hotel. Breakfast - The breakfast is very good. It has a wide variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, breads & pastries, or yoghurt toppings. Location - The beach in front of the hotel is clean, has very clear water, but is small. If you're looking for a bigger beach (we didn't prefer that), there is one less than 5min walk away. The charming fishing village, Naousa is only a 10min walk away and 5min from the hotel there is also a winery (unfortunately, we did not get to visit that one. Travel to the hotel: The hotel asked us if we needed a pick-up service at the ferry, but we decided to book a rental car. The hotel is easy to find and has ample parking spaces on the street (very low traffic on the street). We can't wait to go back!

This place was incredible. Whoever designed this place deserves a medal. The aesthetics… the views… the pool… the room… the service… all a 10/10. AND it’s only 3 months old!! This hotel is located in Pounta, Paros. It is off the beaten track, so quiet and situated on a cliff overlooking the Pounda Port. At times, it felt like we were the only people staying here. If you’re looking to relax, this is the place to go. It really is a hidden gem and the staff run the place SO well. You are so well looked after, it is kept exceptionally clean and we felt so relaxed after staying here. They do a buffet breakfast and it was so tasty. The coffee they offer as well was great. This was an epic start to our trip island hopping around the Cyclades. We also had a 6pm ferry the day of check out and they told us we could stay as long as we needed and even sorted us a transfer to the port. They are doing it right, here at Kouros Blanc! We hope we can come back again! Some tips…. - If you are staying here, hire a car, ATV or beach buggy as we found the transport situation a little difficult. A short taxi ride sets you back about 25€ which hurt and the bus doesn’t go past this accommodation as it is quite remote. The staff at the hotel will sort out a rental for you if you request it. We hired a beach buggy for the day on Sunday to go exploring and it was so nice to be able to come back to such a quiet and relaxing base. - Set aside one night to sit by the pool and have dinner to take in the incredible view this hotel offers. They have an all day food menu with the basics like pizza, pasta, salad, sandwiches etc. After a whole day out on a boat, or driving around beach hopping and visiting the busy Naoussa, this is all we needed. Accommodation was great... Very. modern beautiful rooms... Breakfast was outstanding and very diverse. Attention to detail of Mina and her family was excellent. Her morning recommendations at breakfast very helpful. Her extras to her clients(special wine, snacks, capers etc) made this a home away from home. Location in the center of Naoussa. I can carry on and on about how awesome this place is.

The Jewel of the Aegean

Known for its fine white marble used in many ancient sculptures, the beautiful island of Paros is a popular tourist destination with golden sandy beaches, charming fishing villages and archaeological sites.

A very special mention to Argy who was extremely helpful, welcoming and professional. At the Breakfast, let me congratulate you for the excellent buffet, the very attentive staff, polite, welcoming and helpful. At the Bar again congratulations for the Team and their manager in charge, they treated us with utmost kindness. Being myself a hotel owner in France, and a world traveller, I can tell you that your property and its Staff has nothing to envy to any other 5 star hotel in the world. I will be spending my summers in my house in Nousa now under construction, but I will certainly come again and recommend you to my visitors. We loved the location, the facilities and especially the staff, The locationwas just a 5 minute walk along the sho0re from Aliki, it had a wonderful unspoilt beach rigtht in front of it. It was lovely and quite, away from the late night restuarants and tavernas in the Aliki, which although few and lovely did put out some noise and light, Hotel Galatis';s l;ocationwas near but away from that. Our room was just perfect. No frills but everything that you needed including a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and beach. The food was amazing, again simple and perfectly GFreek. But the highlight was the the super frewindly staff, Anastacia on the front desk, Petro the driveer and odd-job man and Laura an the other Anastacia in the restaureant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved our week at the Hotel Galatis.

Location of the property is great. It is within walking distance to Noussa downtown. The beach behind the hotel is great as well. More importantly the staff were extremely courteous and went out of their way to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. They gave us a nice takeaway breakfast on the final day since we had an early morning ferry to catch. They also helped arranging for a rental buggy on short notice.

We loved our stay! Such a great place close to a fabulous turquoise beach. The staff was kind and very understanding to our needs. She was very helpful as well, giving us infos about the island and stuff we asked in order to cook. The room is often cleaned and felt fresh. Best thing about the hotel is it's professional staff - the real masters of hospitality. Very helpful with the service and insightful recommendations. Hotel itself is nice and cozy. Parikia very pretty but cannot see all of Paros without...

Parikia very pretty but cannot see all of Paros without hiring a car. Great little walks along nearby alleys, exploring architecture. However Winter is not the season to visit as very little is open.

We loved spending 6 nights in Paros. We rented a car. It was stick shift. A tad scary for me. But it was doable. Paros has great beach clubs. My daughters booked horse riding one day and then walked to the nearby town. After we met at a great beach club, we had lots of great dinners and sunsets. Fabulous shops. We drove to Leifros one day. We like Paros best. Taxis were outside the hotel. Also there was a transport office two doors up that arranged rides to beach club for us and picked us up. Our water sports boat trip was cancelled bc of weather but we went to beach clubs,

The town is really nice.

The town is really nice. It has a little of everything you would need for a getaway on a Greek island. The grocery store is nearby, public transit terminal is located here so access to the rest of the island is possible and easy. There are a number of little restaurants, cafes and shops you can look through and enjoy. I wish we had more time to spend and walk through the town but the time we spent was great. There is a small park by the bus stop if you have kids and want to entertain them for a bit. The beaches are nice as well and you have a choice to stay put or explore the area.

Plenty of lovely restaurants in the area.

Plenty of lovely restaurants in the area. Pretty beach in Drios. Another one, Golden Beach a short drive away. There is a lovely walk along the coastpath to a harbour and a typical Greek chapel A sleepy village that feels peaceful and friendly

A beautiful location. 4 main restaurants by the marina plus...

A beautiful location. 4 main restaurants by the marina plus a Japanese restaurant. We tried them all. and all were great. The couple of cafes there were great too for breakfast and lunch. Also for drinks. Remezzo even did Sangria which i couldn't find anywhere else! We walked down to cactus beach and had a sun lounger which was quite expensive 50 Euros. We had lunch at Cactus and that was great. Near cactus on the hill is a restaurant called Mango, please visit everything is freshly made even the ice cream. We stayed in an apartment which didn't have a pool so for one night i booked the San Antonio hotel which the lovely manager let me use the loungers for both days.

This is a beautiful area, though quiet and with limited...

This is a beautiful area, though quiet and with limited dining options. Great beach (Golden beach) with good service and reasonable prices. For a relaxed stay without lots of tourists, this is a good place. You will have to take a bus ride (1 hour) or drive from the main port in Paros to get to this less visited part of the island. It's what we wanted and we loved it.

The fact that there were shops at Marpissa that catered for...

The fact that there were shops at Marpissa that catered for all our needs. It was very central so we could go to Naousa or Parikia easily and was handy to smaller villages that we could explore - such as Drios and the wonderful restaurant Kima.

A peaceful perfect place.

A peaceful perfect place. Great beaches (3) all within a few minutes walk of the wonderful quaint fishing port that has several excellent restaurants and bars. A quite low-key, slightly old-fashioned, but classy, small resort. Perfect, safe, clean and friendly for couples and families. Typically Greek and wonderful.

small holiday villlage, with a tiny port, a tiny church, some restaurant, hotels and holiday houses. Sadly no minimarket, the nearest one is in the outskirts of Naousa. The taverns are good, though. With tables directly on the sea and lower prices than on the rest of the island

This area is in the middle of Parikia, Aliki, and Naousa.

This area is in the middle of Parikia, Aliki, and Naousa. Next time we visit Greece we will definitely go back to Paros. There are great activities, and restaurants to go to. Paros Bay Hotel will be the best hotel because of the view. However, it’s quite a distance from all of the surrounding cities, be ready to have a huge budget for transportation.
