Ermioni was incredibly kind and welcoming — she gave us great recommendations for a nearby restaurant and made us feel at home. The apartment was perfect: clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Parking was easy to find on the street, right in front of the building. Highly recommended!

Place was wonderful and even had toys and games for my grandson who was 5. Hospitality arrival gift. Locked the key in room owner had to come back. Full size fridge.

A recently renovated property, DEMs central stay Volos with private parking is situated in Volos near Anavros Beach, Athanasakeion Archaeological Museum of Volos. the room was very clean and fresh, all the kitchen supplies were sealed which was very unique to see. the smell in the room was fabulous. They had also provided continental breakfast which was very nice to see that.
