The owner had her daughter meet us from the bus to show us where to go. My phone had died so this was especially helpful! We had fresh vegetables put outside the door. Anything extra we needed was brought to the room, including the daughter coming up to help me fix my dodgy phone. Owner was easily contacted via WhatsApp which made things very easy.

It is great to have pool for exclusive use with a shaded place for eating, drinking wine a watching TV (if you really want to do this living on such a beautiful island as Sipan is). Furthermore, we were not hotel guest but rather friends visiting comfortable house assisted with host helping us to feel like locals. This was one of my greatest family vacations since Elafiti islands including Sipan are the place where I would like to stay for entire year. Strongly recommended for those who appreciate spirit of island life.

It is clean and has everything you might need including instructions and suggestions written by the host. We stayed in the sea view apartment and enjoyed a beautiful view every night. Brina was an amazing host and always avaliable.
