Phenomenal. The view, the service, the food (albeit expensive, its so good especially their fried rice. Breakfast spread was great! Different menu everyday) and one stop getaway from the city life. Loft was decently stocked and room was clean! Props to Benny, the activity manager, can really tell he LOVE HIS JOB. Service from him is personal and warm!! Thank you SO MUCH Cassia BINTAN for this amazing short vacation!!

Place is clean, accessible. Our kettle broke but was fixed immediately by the staff. Would be good to provide hangers and dishwashing liquid to wash plates.
