Very beautiful place. Its peaceful and quiet. Really enjoy my stay here for relaxation. Clean unit and clean beach. I like the toilet. Its an open concept🤭The staffs are all super friendly from the gardener to the driver and all especially Ms Linda and Mr Erik, they really go all out to meet customer's need. They really interact with the customers and ask if everything is ok. 101% for their great services. Thank you all for the great hospitality. May you guys continue to prosper.

The hotel is placed very nicely at a fantastic beach. Has beautiful pools and very nice rooms with a great view. We saw monkey's at the beach, great. Especially the Service is fantastic. We had a medical emergancy and the hotel Manager, Andi, with his Team helped around the clock, fantastic. Especially I want to mention Adera, who was there for us 20 hours to translate, organize, etc.. They also helped our kids while we were gone, like they were family!!! I am traveling a lot, and I have never seen such a outstanding Service and the careing of the people before. Thank you very much!!!!

I like that it was very quiet, without many people and no street noise/ parties etc So it’s great if you’re looking for a place to fully chill and relax! The staff was exceptional, very attentive and super nice from the moment we arrived! Let us change the room to a better one easily, and always greeted us with a smile! Great post-stay help from the manager Icon, who went all out to make sure little transport hiccup was solved immediately!

We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!

The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and the private pool was great fun. The location was very peaceful, and we didn’t hear any noise overnight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nicely done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers to activities we wanted to do on the island. The beach here was quiet, clean and very beautiful. The hotel food was nice and the restaurant has a lovely beach view. There are also food options in Lagoi which is only 5mins away in a taxi and the taxi cost very little. The hotel arranged taxis for us which made it super easy to pop in when we wanted to pick bits up. Information online is fairly scarce about Lagoi, so for info we found warung yeah! Which is a reasonably priced eatery offering a pretty extensive menu at a smaller cost than the resort hotels, and we found a bbq place in Lagoi. There are also some street vendors selling world food options, again for a good price. There is also a bar but that was on the pricey side. You could easily eat in Lagoi for a good price. Alternatively if travelling further afield the restaurants at Nirwana Gardens were lovely and about 15mins away by taxi. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

We appreciated the free upgrade given to us. The staffs are very friendly, professional and polite. The restaurant had a very good selection of food and very affordable. The food was delicious and filling. Definitely heading back there again. They also have a wide range of outdoor activities to cater to those that love climbing and hiking.

Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

TP is not really a tourist place.

TP is not really a tourist place. The infrastructure is not really developed and the rubbish and water pollution is not under control. Its certainly interresting to see a third world country , but without any help of local people a foreingner is lost.

We stayed in the resort for everything, so can't really comment on anything else in the area. We were happy to spend time there relaxing, enjoying the resort amenities and eating in the resort restaurants. I'm unsure if anything else in the area is worth visiting or any good.

It was a very relaxing trip.

It was a very relaxing trip. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room which faces the sea. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip, the staff who went with us helped us to take pictures underwater. The equipment provided was safe and also adequate. The whole resort feels tranquil. Would be better if there is a gym.

It is a place for rest.

It is a place for rest. The hotel has everything necessary for those who go to work, especially in the yard, which is about 20 minutes away. The arrival and departure of the hotel in relation to work is very simple.

It was like staying in a very big garden filled with fruit...

It was like staying in a very big garden filled with fruit trees. There were durian, rambutan, mango, chempedak and jambu trees. It was easy to book a vehicle with a driver to take us anywhere we want. It was a very relaxing time for the family.

Not much of tourism destination.

Not much of tourism destination. But food is excellent and cheap. A great choice of seafood lover. Lack of convenience public transport for tourist. Local people are tremendously nice . Spent your time to visit Penyengat island which is nearby for a culture and heritage experience !

We arrived via ferry and the hotel organised all the transport from ferry terminal to the hotel and then back again when we left- this was amazing and really useful! Staff were super friendly, we were able to do everything we wanted and it was not super busy so always space to eat and sit by the pool.
