Most perfect stay! The staff were genuine and super friendly. They were happy to talk and engage with us. The service was fantastic. They went an extra mile to help. No one to name specifically because they were all wonderful. We were picked up and returned free of charge from the Bintan resort ferry pier it’s a short 10/15 min drive in a very comfortable shared guest minivan. Food - The food was amazing, everything from the breakfast buffet which had everything to the dinner at both the recreation bill and pier19. the breakfast buffet had ice creams, fresh fruit and fresh pressed juice’s, Indian freshly made dosas and curries, egg stand, and the usual pastries, cheeses, cold cuts and granolas…the list goes on 😆 there is a chocolate oclock at 3-4pm with cakes and a chocolate fountain free of charge for all guests with was delicious. Pool/ beach- the pool was beautiful and expansive, it had beds all over and towels available on the pool sunbeds. The pool bar was easy to use and had a wide variety of dishes and drinks. The beach was very well maintained/cleaned. Water was very clear. The beach directly in-front is sheltered in a cover water is very still. Just around the corner there is a very long open beach which the beach club (opening soon) will be located, that beach is also very nice Rooms- they were exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfortable and provide regular top ups of glass water bottles. The bathroom was clean and very well maintained no complaints for the room. The TV also has all the info about the hotel and restaurant menus along with Netflix and YouTube. Kids area - we did not travel with children but there is a large playground, indoor play room, arcade and two large pools and inflatables to play on. It’s a wonderful space and in a separate wing from the main pool and restaurant. It is like a hotel in itself!!! As a whole the trip was beautiful and we hope to be back soon!!

Fabulous well appointment apartment room, spotlessly clean, excellent air conditioning. Very friendly helpful staff who go out of their way to help and ensure you have everything you need. Excellent fabulous breakfast with lots of choices. Swimming pools were excellent and spotlessly clean and well kept, as are all the grounds around the resort beautifully kept and well cared for. The beach is amazing, one of the best beaches I have seen in a long time. All staff including the Spa staff very helpful and friendly. Weiwei particular was very kind and helpful at breakfast time.

The staff were absolutely wonderful—always kind, friendly, and ready to assist with a smile. Their warm and attentive service truly made a difference. We had an amazing time celebrating my mum’s birthday there. Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a memorable experience.

We appreciated the free upgrade given to us. The staffs are very friendly, professional and polite. The restaurant had a very good selection of food and very affordable. The food was delicious and filling. Definitely heading back there again. They also have a wide range of outdoor activities to cater to those that love climbing and hiking.

Nearly everything. Such a beautiful and peaceful place to unwind for a few days, lovely room with sunset views and super comfy bed (Wellness Ocean Rock villa), some of the warmest staff I have met on any vacation.

All is good, the interior, the food, the pool and the staff are so great. Staff were very friendly and helpfull, the pool was nice to kids. I love it.
