Being in nature simultaneously being at home – this is nice experience I got while staying there. When I was unwell, the whole family of the owner took such great care of me ( including doctors visit, buying medicines, making food for me!) that I never felt I am outsider. And this is unforgettable. Thank you so so much 🙏

The next day they came and transferred me with my luggage and took me to my new room. It was WONDERFUL, Huge, clean. Staff was attentive and very nice, They made arrangements to g on 3 safari and it was well organized and I was very happy. The food was very good, they came and asked me a few times a day If I wanted tea or something to Drink. They brought me fresh fruit and bottled water. The staff and cook were very good and I was very pleased with the service during my stay . I booked a tour with them which was not great told the manager what I didn't like he called and got a me a new tour which was very good and made sure I was not charged. Very good manager to help with the problem and resolve the issue. They made sure to get me a tuk tuk to the train in the middle of the night and took excellent care of me at all times.
