From the moment you step inside, you get the reassuring feeling that you've made the right choice. The design is minimalist yet tasteful, the space is impeccably clean, and the air feels fresh, thanks to high-end air filters installed in every room. Additional conveniences such as electric shades, air conditioning, and well-thought-out amenities ensure maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a more elaborate dinner. The bedroom is larger than average, spotless, and furnished with a spacious bed featuring a high-quality mattress and an abundance of pillows. Additionally, there are two comfortable single beds. We were on the way to FCO to fly out to JFK and decided to visit L'Aquila the day before. It was very nice, quiet, clean place in the excellent location. There were fruits, bottle of water, milk, fruit drinks in the fridge & ice pops in the freezer! What a surprise & welcoming gesture! We loved L'Aquila and will come back to explore the area. We love everything about the place. It feels like a wonderful Pescara city center apartment rather than a short term rental. It feels as though it was decorated with the eye and sensibility of an artist. This includes the furniture, fixtures, appliances and other furnishing touches. The host was very kind and informative. We feel as though it was a privilege to stay in this apartment and we will gladly book it again for a longer stay next time we are in Pescara. We strongly recommend this listing to all!
