We have spent just one night in the apartment on our way to Lago di Garda but were super satisfied with the accomodation. The place is spacious and extremely comfortable. I really loved the super comfy mattress and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The place has air-conditioning, 3 TVs and a washing machine with the necessay detergents. A free parking on the street is available as well near the building.

We had a double bed and a sofa, the apartment had literally everything. Very clean and obviously still fresh. Stylish and bright. TVs in the living room and bedroom were big. Francesca was an amazing host, she greeted me on arrival and I was helped to carry my luggage upstairs, she is an amazing host and kindly let me stay until after check-out time until it was time for my train, plus offered me the bicycle rental free of charge to explore the city during my short stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated, and a nice bottle of prosecco was also there upon arrival. They have a lovely little booklet giving you an idea of the places to visit. The hotel is just a few steps away from the piazza with the Duomo di Modena. Easy 8-10 minute walk from the train station. Would definitely recommend
