The service was outstanding, and the communication Stefano was great. He always answered quickly and did whatever he could to make our stay as good as possible. He met us when we arrived, helped us with our luggage (it was a lot) and he had fixed a parking spot for us right outside the apartment. He even bought a special orthopaedic pillow to us that was placed outside our door. We have actually nothing bad to say. It was a bit noisy outside, but that is to be expected when staying so close to everything.

We had plenty of space., it was clean and they provided a very nice breakfast in the morning with good cappuccino. Also, it’s right next-door or across the street from a Catholic Church so we attended mass on Sunday, which was nice although we did not understand Italian .

The owner was very communicative and included pictures of the landmarks and building so we could easily walk from the bus station. It was uphill but not far. This apartment gave us a chance to spread out after staying in hotels. The couch was comfortable and the tv had some streaming options available. The WiFi worked well. The bedroom was large and comfortable. I want to take the shower home. There was good pressure and it sprays from everywhere. The kitchen was small but functional and the fridge was stocked with several staples for our needs. The Metro and train station were a 10 minute walk so we could get around the city and over to Cinque Terre. There was a grocery store a 5 minute walk away. The owner went a above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. It was excellent value.

The location is right off the Ferrari Fountain, literally within 50 ft on a side lane. The apartment is very modern and clean, with multiple rooms, including a separate kitchen, fully equipped. There are appliances such as a washer and dryer in the bathroom and detergent available. There is a gourmet restaurant right downstairs. It works better with reservation which we didn't have, but they referred us to a new sister restaurant, a little off the Ferrari Square, called "", which was exceptional. Especially, the Ligurian style baked fish with vegetables within a parchment cover that my wife had, was excellent. There is a WINTRE (W3) store nearby for Tourist SIM Cards as well. Metro connections are easy. Anna is a great host, very communicative and very helpful.

Easy to access, with a well-stocked market on the ground floor offering local food and great wine at very good prices. The host communicated all details clearly and was very responsive throughout. Highly recommend!
