I had a wonderful stay at the Prestige Hotel in Milan. The location was perfect close to the city’s main attractions yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Felix, in particular, was incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment I arrived. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home. His warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan great service, great location, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere.
