The apartment was very modern, clean, had fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and the tablets. The whole accommodation is very family friendly - they have designated children and teenager rooms, multiple good quality high chairs were available in the breakfast buffet. The wellness facility had 3 different saunas and a pool. Also a big relaxation room, with tea and water available for free. Underground parking was easily accessible with the elevator. There was also a separate room for storing ski equipment in winter. We also liked the pizza place write next to this hotel.

A very short walk (even with a 4 year old) to the world class Terme Merano, a spa with 27+ pools, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, etc. Additionally very close to 2 coffee shops, 4 pastry shops, multiple restaurants and shopping. Also the Tappeneir Promenade entrance is less than a 5 minute walk. The elevator took us directly to our room, and the penthouse views and skylights afforded gorgeous views onto the city and Mountains. We went in January, and while below freezing, we felt warm and comfortable inside. Comes equipped with washer/dishwasher/refrigerator/heating racks for drying clothes/towels/hair dryer (a must when coming from the USA as our hairdryers do not work in Europe). The manager also left the welcome gift of wine and water. Finally my son was very impressed with the fact we were able to use a car elevator to access parking. Truly luxurious experience well worth the price!

It’s not too far from the center either. The host was very helpful and hospitable for our requests during our stay. The check in process is very clear and simple and the view from our apartment was perfect
