Although you won’t get dramatic canal views from the windows (depending on the apartment - some do have views!), the location more than makes up for it. Step outside and you’re surrounded by an endless choice of incredible restaurants, cozy cafés, and charming shops, all within a 3-5 minute stroll. Every corner feels like a postcard - perfect for wandering, dining, and soaking up the Venetian atmosphere. The apartment itself is a true delight. Beautifully furnished with a tasteful mix of modern comforts and classic touches, it feels both stylish and welcoming. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the rooms are surprisingly spacious for Venice, and every detail - from the layout to the decor - feels thoughtfully designed to make your stay effortless.

Friendliest greeting, lots of good information, self catering in huge space right on the canal. everything we needed for a magical experience. Bed perfect, other furnishings not ultra modern but we loved it. Heater, dining space, views and fabulous kitchen. Close to everything important tucked away.

Bertoletta Village Apartments, surrounded by olive trees and Lugana Vineyards, is a complex of apartments (RESIDENCE) with two beautiful outdoor swimming pools. This place was absolutely lovely.
