This was honestly one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The room was immaculately clean, noticeably larger than most typical hotel rooms, and having a café on the ground floor was a great bonus. The hotel operates on a self-service concept, where check-in, check-out, and baggage storage are all done independently. Everything is well organized, with plenty of security cameras and strong security measures in place, which made us feel very safe. Convenience is another big advantage—Lawson and other convenience stores are just a 1–2 minute walk away, and bus stops are also very close. My wife and I both absolutely loved our stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was just nice for the 5 of us, a family of grandparents, parents and a one year old boy. The host was outstanding . She drove to the train station to collect our luggage so that we could go sightseeing before check in. Later in the evening she voluntarily gave us a ride from town to her property for check in. This was in a freezing condition of -4 deg C. We were absolutely thankful to her for going out of the way to make our stay comfortable.

Excellent location an easy 10-minutes drive from the ski slopes, with a 7-11 right around the corner. Very private, no road noise at night, no common walls. Nicely outfitted trailer, including an automated bathtub, good heating, cozy beds, well-kitted kitchen. Would highly recommend for a Furano ski holiday if you're renting/coming by car. Great hosts!

Online Check in worked flawlessly, the situation of the site is perfect for fireworks and busses, and is a great starting point for hiking. After 2 weeks of narrow hotel rooms, it was a relief to arrive at Toyako Center Village. There is plenty of space, and it is a great layout of the rooms. The voucher for the lica onsen is a great added bonus after a hiking tour. Would cone here again, if the opportunity arises and I will recommend this to anyone coming to Toyako!
