Including a small kitchenette which was perfect for cooking up dinner. Excellent location: walkable/bike able to bus station, supermarket ,Happo One Gondola, onsen. Really helpful staff, pick up/drop off from train station. Nice breakfast. Laundry facilities.

Hakuba Train Station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It was close to the train and bus station, the apartment was spacious and very clean. It was lovely to experience traditional Japanese bedroom. They also had a western style bedroom as well. Bathroom was spacious and great water pressure. Kitchen well stocked with cups, mugs, plates etc. Our hosts were amazing, they booked our dinners that we picked out and helped us out with info about the town, and where to get our ski equipment . Plus much more!! The food recommendations were amazing. Wonderful place to stay, very very helpful hosts, lovely back area to play in the snow. Close to a lot of ski resorts. We will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks again for everything, we appreciate it!!

Located just a 3-minute walk from JR Hakuba Station, Hakuba Ski Condos offers self-catering apartments with free WiFi, Apple TV, Netflix and mountain views. All apartments went through a renovation and come with a kitchen/dining area, a living area and bedrooms. A washing machine can be used on site. Bob and his family were fantastic, from the apartment location and size, to lifts he offered us between resorts, and they have a lovely bar for the après ski that we enjoyed having a few drinks and card games! 10/10 would recommend and come again

Nestled in the beautiful nature in Hakuba, Big Bear Chalets & Apartments offers well-appointed accommodation fitted with kitchen facilities and an en suite bathroom. Chalets are made with natural timbers, and apartments feature modern designs. They are situated in different locations in Hakuba. Free Wi-Fi is available, and shuttle services from JR Hakuba Station and to ski resorts and supermarkets are provided. The host and his team were amazing. Very thorough with instructions, good tips, and offered great drop off services to ski fields, shops and dinner reservations. We had the perfect family ski trip at Big Bear.

All cottages feature air conditioning/heating facilities, garden views and a living room with a sofa. Some cottages have Western beds with hardwood floors, while most feature bedrooms with tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with an en suite bathroom and a kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Large towels are available for rental. Super comfortable stay with everything we needed to cook after a day on the slopes. The bedding was excellent, showers and toilets worked well. Our host Toshi really made the stay exceptional, he helped us wherever he could, dropped us at the lifts each day and made it really special. Location was excellent, with a shuttle stop for the other mountains 2 minutes walk away. The on-site Onsen was also great and worth booking after a long day. Can’t recommend this stay highly enough, truly 10/10!

Featuring a restaurant, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel has a sauna and room service. Great hotel and designed room in front of Iwatake resort. Loved the kitchen and hangout nook and windows. Lived the projector in the room for watching. Lovely to walk around area with so much fantastic snow. Totally charming hotel!

Great home cooked dinners available for reservation. Breakfast was delicious and included with the stay. The gear storage for our snowboards, skis and boots was great! They offer paid shuttle rides in a nice van to any of the local ski resorts for a fair price and are flexible with drop off and pickup times. Knowledgeable on the local area and can help answer questions and provide recommendations. Overall very kind and accommodating hosts. Would absolutely return for our next trip to Hakuba.

The space was warm and comfortable, despite very cold temperatures outside. The owner was extremely friendly and helped out when we had an issue with our toddler. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Hakuba.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Host was a good and prompt communicator and very helpful. We appreciated our bags being picked up from Yamato Transport and taken to El Green Log for us. It was very spacious (especially by Japan standards), clean and had everything we needed. Very warm and we loved the fireplace. Good location to get shuttles from the Echoland Spicy stop to ski fields, and an easy walk to many restaurants.
