Only thing was they didn’t have a mirror in the bathroom but provided one same day when queried which was excellent.

Very thorough with instructions, good tips, and offered great drop off services to ski fields, shops and dinner reservations. We had the perfect family ski trip at Big Bear.

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. The property was well kept and close to everything! Quick walk to happo area restaurants. Central to all resorts. Private bath was perfect after a day on the mountain.

Comfy beds! Great home cooked dinners available for reservation. Breakfast was delicious and included with the stay. The gear storage for our snowboards, skis and boots was great! They offer paid shuttle rides in a nice van to any of the local ski resorts for a fair price and are flexible with drop off and pickup times. Knowledgeable on the local area and can help answer questions and provide recommendations. Overall very kind and accommodating hosts. Would absolutely return for our next trip to Hakuba.

The space was warm and comfortable, despite very cold temperatures outside. The owner was extremely friendly and helped out when we had an issue with our toddler. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Hakuba.
