This was a (relatively) very large apartment-hotel style room. The beds were VERY comfortable, there was a large seating area in the kitchen, and it was closely connected to everything. The host was very responsive. We are a family of 4 - with 2 teenage boys.

The room is furnished with well maintained and modern furniture and appliances. The washing machine was a huge plus and laundry detergent was even provided! Kitchenette had everything I needed, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer, plates, cups, utensils, comfortable bed and a very nice night shirt! Better than the ones at Daiwa Roynet Hotels. Great location and fair price. Out of the three hotels I've stayed at in Japan this was the most spacious and best amenities. Fair price too! Check in procedure was actually very efficient and went smoothly. The lockable luggage station was great. No problem with the hotel being unstaffed. This hotel is run very well!

Great place to stay. Very clean and everything is new. The place is close to the train station and bus and train stops. It is close to all the attractions. I highly recommend it.

We loved everything about the property. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The house was spotless, beautiful, and full of character. The location was perfect… peaceful and tucked away, but still only a short walk to the island’s main sights, shops, and ferries. It made exploring Miyajima incredibly easy. Communication with the host was clear, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. A map of the island with restaurants pinpointed including their business hours was provided to us at check in which was very thoughtful. We loved the quiet atmosphere, the beautiful interior, and the sense of calm the property offered. The beds were VERY comfortable! Plates, cups, cutlery, chopsticks, teapot plus tea and yummy coffee were all available! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miyajima.
