Despite the property being advertised as "no cleaning", I was able to put my dirty towels in a bag, and clean towels were replaced by the time I returned home, and there was a broom so I could sweep the house. Kitchen was well equipped and had detergent. The facility was very clean. There was even a balcony with slippers outside! Air conditioning worked well to keep the apartment warm at nighttime. There is a Family Mart directly downstairs. The train station (takes you to the airport and central Fukuoka) is a 260 m away (a 4-minute walk).

How clean it was, the amount of beds and futons available, everything was available from cooking essentials, cleaning essentials, and everything. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Everything is fine to our family and we all enjoyed the stay in Terra villa.

The breakfast they prepare is delicious, if we visit yufuin again, we probably stay there again!
