The host was very responsive! Before we arrive in the hotel in few days time, i got a luggage need to transfer there by Yamato, and the host helped to receive it and put it in the luggage storage area! And on the day we arrived, which is earlier, and the host let us leave our luggage in the room, so we can go ski and come back again in the afternoon! When we check out, the host let us check out a little late than the propose hour because our kid still skiing while we doing our final packing. Even after we check out, we were able to leave our luggage at designated luggage storage too! I love the services provided !TOP NOTCH!

Super clean, brand new and everything we needed as a family of 4. Easy to use in a small complex. Everything was brand new, sparkling clean. Came with extra cleaning things if you stay longer. We stayed 7 days. The washing machine was a life saver!

Close to the station and lots of restaurants and walking distance to Niigata attractions for people who like to walk, it was also really clean and comfortable for a family of 3 and everything you could possibly need was provided. Situated in Myoko and only 29 km from Zenkoji Temple, 町宿Oranchi kisetsu features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The house is spacious for a family of 4. It definitely have rooms enough for more than 4 pax. The location is also great. It is within 10-25 minutes drive to ski resorts around Myoko. There are great restaurants nearby too. Myoko coffee is also just 4 min drive away for great coffee.
