The host was very responsive! Before we arrive in the hotel in few days time, i got a luggage need to transfer there by Yamato, and the host helped to receive it and put it in the luggage storage area! And on the day we arrived, which is earlier, and the host let us leave our luggage in the room, so we can go ski and come back again in the afternoon! When we check out, the host let us check out a little late than the propose hour because our kid still skiing while we doing our final packing. Even after we check out, we were able to leave our luggage at designated luggage storage too! I love the services provided !TOP NOTCH!

L’hébergement sasaguchi house se situe à Niigata, à respectivement 3,4 km, 4,8 km et 30 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Toki Messe, Salle de spectacles Niigata Prefectural Civic Centre et Suntopia World. It is a cozy and well kept home for stay. Our family enjoyed the cleanliness, and comfort. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and convenience walking to the Niigata JR station: we feel safe staying here as well.

L’établissement Guest house SENWA se situe à Yuzawa, à respectivement 2 km et 22 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Station de ski de Gala Yuzawa et Station de ski de Naeba. Amazingly friendly staff, Naoto was very accommodating, excellent clean facilities, and comfortable bed. The Ofuro was particularly good. Will definately be staying again.

La maison est hyper confortable, très moderne et très agréable. Tout le nécessaire est sur place, on a pu faire la cuisine tous les jours par exemple. C’était génial d’avoir la vue sur les rizières avec la lunette pour voir les Tokis manger et de se lever le matin avec de très beaux paysages. Si vous n’avez pas de voiture, le premier supermarché est à 45 minutes à pieds donc prévoyez des vivres si vous arrivez tard.

Everything about my stay here was great 👍 It was very comfortable, clean and in good condition. The owner was very nice and helpful and easy to communicate with🙂 It is in a very peaceful area and it is a short walk from the train station which is very useful. I will definitely want to stay here again when I return to this town.

The house is spacious for a family of 4. It definitely have rooms enough for more than 4 pax. The location is also great. It is within 10-25 minutes drive to ski resorts around Myoko. There are great restaurants nearby too. Myoko coffee is also just 4 min drive away for great coffee.
