Fatma was a great host who made us very welcome and was very helpful during our short stay, offering us a guided tour of the old town free of charge and in organising a taxi to the SGR for us. The location of the flat was superb, right in the center of the old town. Ideal for our short stay, I would definitely recommend for anyone wishing to visit Mombasa for a few days!

Communication was easy - Viata kept in contact with us through WhatsApp, Faith and Rosemary ensured that we were well looked after and answered all our questions with friendly smiles, and Rosemary gave us a tour of the grounds and the beach when we arrived. The beach was a short walk along a walkway lined with bouganvillea, the pool and garden were lovely, breakfast was filling, we had plenty of bottled water, and we were also provided with food for dinner because we were originally arriving late at night. ATM, supermarket and restaurants conveniently across the road. Viata arranged a tour during our stay and a driver back to Mombasa. We couldn't access Mpesa so Viata helped us buy return train tickets to Nairobi. A lovely place to relax and unwind after a busy holiday.
