What a lovely apartment! Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. A small but adequate kitchen, lovely living and dining room, spacious bedroom with wardrobe, large bathroom. Air con and ceiling fans were a delight. TV also and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. A few minutes walk to the beach, a couple of kilometres into new Malindi which was an east walk or an inexpensive tuk tuk or boda boda. The pool was kept beautifully clean and was fabulous to enjoy. The best accommodation of our stay in East Africa! The host was friendly and very responsive and all the staff obliging and friendly … highly recommend a stay here!

The set up of the place is fantastic. Pool was cleaned 2-3 times a day when we were there. Property was kept clean at all times too. We didn’t have time to shop on the way so Helen helped us organise a chef within 1h of arrival we had hot lunch. MARTIN our chef was FANTASTIC, we highly recommend him. thank you so much to the whole team!! 😃 (only 5min walk to the beach too if you fancied a walk)

There was a nice kitchen/diner with tv. And outside was a well furnished, covered, generously furnished living area. I stayed for eight nights and would have happily stayed a year. The pool is a good size and beautifully clean. All the gardens are well maintained. One can take a half hour walk to the Naivas supermarket and other town facilities (restaurants, banks, etc).

Good a/c and fan (watch your hands though as it is low!) and the kitchen had all the equipment you could wish for basic coooking. A comfy bed and excellent hot shower were also welcome as were the thick towels. Access to the beach is excellent and interesting arrangement of interconnecting shallow warm swimming pools. Lots evidence of ongoing maintenance and very quiet. It felt like I was almost the only guest!

We went during low season so there were not many other people staying there, but we felt safe and enjoyed the quiet. Very nice covered outdoor seating area with comfortable couches and chairs. Beds very comfy and AC in the rooms and hot water in the shower. Not far from the road, where you can find bodas easily.
