The room is very nice, fully furnished, clean, and comfortable. I stayed there for two days. The experience was great, and the host was very friendly. The location is excellent — it's within walking distance to Hippocampus statue and the river side Park.

I liked that it was nice and clean. Even the Television had Prime TV and I was able to really relax ln the rooftop at the hammock for a while. So now I am fresh to return home after this two lovely days there. The house is even big enough for a 4 People Family. 1 queensizebed and two single beds. Also cooking was possible. The host where friendly.

We have spent 11 amazing days at Baksaei and we had a wonderful time! The location is absolutely stunning within a rice field surrounded by beautiful views of mountains, greenery and village-life atmosphere. The bonus is that you are still a short tuk-tuk ride into town, so very convenient too as you can keep the balance of being in the country side but very close to everything that the town has to offer. The house is clean, spacious and very very well equipped. We have been travelling and working remotely for a few years now and I can say that this place is a great combination of comfort, security, amenities and relaxation. This means that you can easily work from the house (great Wi-Fi and comfortable working spaces), relax on the balcony reading, practicing yoga or just watching the view or chill at the pool watching sunset and birds, cook your own meals at fully-fully equipped kitchen or order food from Grab if you feel like it- we even had 2 BBQs during our stay. It is very quiet around and we slept so well during our entire stay- huge surprise was how breezy it was even during May as we could sleep with windows open and no AC was needed even though available! Meghan, the host, is such a kind and open hearted person who is so passionate about her place and full heartedly dedicated to offer the most complete experience and make sure that nothing is missing- she had done such an amazing job making the place truly comfortable and achieving this sense of chill that we are all looking for. It was hard to leave and we could stay much longer but we already had a whole plan in place so would probably be back again. We stayed as a couple and recommend it for any individual, couple or family who are seeking peace, quiet, relaxion and connection to the country side. Such a lovely experience, from the first communication, through the accommodation, dinner, infinity pool, and farm tour. A dedicated team with good vibes and a meaningful cause. The villas have fantastic brutalist architecture that blends beautifully with the surroundings.

The property had nice architectural design for each villa. It was able to accommodate my family and we had a wonderful time relaxing on property. The bar by the pool was very cute and inviting. The pool was a nice size and location was beautiful by the riverside. Easy access to kayaking. The property also felt private.
